Formally a Public House, set on the urban fringe of Worthing / Goring-by-sea, the existing properties have been converted into three, three bedroom houses. The former restaurant component of the PH was located in the barn type structure and positioned to the North East of the site.
The barn conversion comprising two semi detached houses has sought to re-establish the semi rural aspect of the site, remove the hospitality references and to provide a ‘barn conversion’ aesthetic to the residential properties.
